Aunt Lena’s Farm

At our farm in Ribnica na Pohorju, which was part of the large estate “Keber grunt”, once stood an old wooden house between a hay barn and a newly built house, where three women Verona, Zofija and Helena lived. They were called Zofa, Ferona and Lena. They were my husband’s grandfather (Miha) aunts. Aunt Lena was the one who lived to enviable 100 years. I believe aunt Lena’s story needed to be carried on.

The farm is a great choice for groups and individuals because it offers traffic-free, comfortable and varied rural environment. It is a great starting point for all nature lovers, hikers and cyclists, who want to visit this part of Pohorje.
